Q: Do you have any in stock items?
A: All of our ironwork is custom manufactured to each specific job, so we do not have any in stock, or pre-made items.
Q: How do I get an estimate?
A: Give us a call or send an email and we can schedule a time to meet with you at your home to go over your project and provide you with a bid. We can also give a ballpark estimate based on plans or a sketch of the project.
Q: Do you charge for estimates?
A: Estimates are done at no cost or obligation to you.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Yes, our showroom is located in Savage and features many samples of our work as well as hundreds of photographs of jobs we have completed.
Q: I have heard that ironwork will rust.
A: Properly coated ironwork is one of the most durable products you will ever put on your home. We take great care in painting every piece of iron that leaves our shop to ensure long lasting beauty. Once installed, if minor touch ups of nicks and scratches are done, rust will never become an issue.
Q: What type of maintenance will my ironwork need?
A: While your custom ironwork is not a maintenance free product, it is a low maintenance product. Occasional touch up of nicks and scratches should be done. Light cleaning on an annual or semi-annual basis will also help maintain the finish. With minimal effort, you will be able to enjoy your ironwork for many, many years.
Q: Do you ship your ironwork?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship. Due to the size and weight of most of our products, the packaging and freight becomes cost prohibitive. We do feature a wide service area in Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin and we can always arrange for pick up at our shop in Savage.
